Guest guest
I just downloaded his eBook. It's so rare to find fat free, vegan (RAW vegan no less!), AND gluten free! Yippee!!! Hopefully there aren't too many recipes that depend on soy products. But any ideas are welcome at this point. Can't wait to browse the book--what I saw already at the site looked excellent! Guest guest
Thank you, Marilyn (and Mark!) for your kind words. Just wanted to note, this being a cookbook, the recipes are definitely not raw. However, I'm working on some to address the need and will announce them through my sister site http://www.rawdonelight.com -Erin http://www.zenpawn.com/vegblog - sahmomof8 Wednesday, December 19, 2007 9:08 PM Re: Review: Vegan Done Light I just downloaded his eBook. Guest guest
Erin--Yeah, I went back and noticed the recipes weren't raw. Oops! LOL! I guess the picture of the pizza, which was the first thing I saw, looked raw to me. But that's fine--vegan is great, raw or not! Looking forward to seeing more of your recipes! They are definitely doable for a very busy mom! MarilynSee AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter.
Guest guest
So pleased to read your review, Mark Erin did a great job there - and so very imaginative. Who'd'a thunk of those bean muffins, eh? And they're GOOOOD! I bought the cookbook when it first came out, and have been delighted to recommend it. (Nice going, Erin - I can't say it often enough!)
