Guest guest
Franklin Farms make gf veggie burgers that are very low in fat-the major protein source is egg whites, though, so beware if you're vegan. Guest guest
Besides the Sunshine burgers, the only other kind I'm aware of that is also gf is the Wildwood tofu veggie burger. I've bought them at Trader Joe's before. I don't know what the fat content is on it. I do know that it's hard to find a veggie burger that is gf because they typically use textured vegetable protein and wheat when they produce veggie burgers. Guest guest
All this talk of veggie burgers has made me long - once again - for a recipe that isn't mushy. Seems no matter what I try I can't make a firm veggie burger. At first bite it oozes out all around the bread. Rats! Anyone have a solution? Thanks!
