Guest guest Posted January 27, 2008 Report Share Posted January 27, 2008 I really like this Gimme Lean sausage stuff. Dr. Barnard recommends it in the Reversing Diabetes book. Before I read that, I didn't even know it was vegan (we don't buy prepared foods very often). Anyway, it's really good. It " fried " up just fine in a dry nonstick skillet, so I didn't even need to add a tiny bit of oil to the pan. It's fairly expensive for us at $4 a tube, but at 60 cents a serving or so, it's not outrageous.
