Guest guest
Colin Campbell offers a thorough and understandable Vitamin D explanation in The China Study. I recommend it highly. Also check out www.drmcdougall.com for further research. As I understand it, we absorb vitamin D from being outside in the daylight, sunny or not. The current research seems to be questionable as to whether we actually receive benefit from taking D in tablet form. Hope you find something helpful in all this!
