Colin Campbell offers a thorough and understandable Vitamin D

explanation in The China Study. I recommend it highly. Also check

out www.drmcdougall.com for further research. As I understand it, we

absorb vitamin D from being outside in the daylight, sunny or not.

The current research seems to be questionable as to whether we

actually receive benefit from taking D in tablet form. Hope you find

something helpful in all this!
