I don't always follow the plan to the letter, but I find that when I'm tired and brainless, it helps to have the plan to tell me what to make today, and what to buy for tomorrow. My menu for today: BR: Coffee... (gotta do something about my lame breakfasts!) L: Amy's veggie pocket & Fruit salad Sn: Pistachios D: Giant green salad with wild rice, black beans and salsa Dessert: Pineapple. Drooling as we speak!
