Guest guest
I'm sorry to hear that about your heart stuff. It sounds like you have a great plan. Good luck and thanks for sharing. --- Serene <serene-lists wrote: > My heart stuff has passed over into scary territory. > Going strict > starting today. Guest guest
Hi Serene, Sorry about the situation with your heart. I imagine it is feeling really scary for you. Have you read Dr. Esselyn's book Preventing and Reversing Heart Disease. It's wonderful and he has some great fat free vegan recipes in there. (He believes in fat-free vegan). Mark who is on this list rights about him sometimes. Hugs, MaryIt's Tax Time! Get tips, forms and advice on AOL Money Finance.
Guest guest
Hi Serene, The book is very new -- 2007 copyright I believe, but I can't say for sure if it's much different than McDougals. I know they are both on the same page. Perhaps you can look at it in the bookstore or library and see what you think before buying it. I know it helped my husband who has heart disease. Pretty much reversed it and dropped his cholesterol 80 pts in 3 months. He has good research. I absolutely love all the recipes we've made especially the banana bread. Yummmmm... MaryIt's Tax Time! Mary McDougall used a few of Esselstyn's recipes in a few of the newsletters. That's where I got that banana bread recipe I was talking about on the other list.
