I haven't read Fuhrman or Esselstyn, because I don't want to get my brain all confused. I've been doing McDougall on and off for 25 years, so I can make a McDougall menu in my sleep. Add in other stuff and I'll just get paralyzed by indecision. :-) > today > > B: somoothie with a banana, fress spinach, oat bran, strawberries and > soymilk. I'm suspicious of spinach in a smoothie. :-) How does it taste? >L: Mixed greens salad with beans, tomatoes and grated > carrots. Guest guest
I've had the McDougall books for yeasr too ,and followed them on and off. Similar enough to trade recipies and not do any damage. In this past year, both of my parents have been diagnosed with cancer, at 80 years old. It gives this 51 yearold pause to get has healthy as possible, to be a benefit and blessing to my family as long as possible, and to love life to the fullest. Spinach works great in a fruit smoothy, as it doesnt have that beany -sprouts flavor that some other greens do. Try a little of it sometime! blessings all around lcc - " Serene " <serene-lists Monday, April 14, 2008 09:58 AM Re: Food plan for the day, 4/14/08 > siderea wrote: >> Hi Serene!
