I love her to death! I have had limited success with that recipe though-you have to follow it EXACTLY, otherwise it doesn't work very well. Also, if there is a lot of humidity in the air on the day you make them, they don't turn out as well as they would on a drier day. That was about a year ago, though so I don't know if that's still an option since her company has grown so quickly. Her marshmallows are really good.
