Oh, I do, too. My mom's half Italian, and I got a lot of joy out of

recreating her spaghetti sauce with no oil, but don't tell her -- she'd

have a coronary. :-)

James keeps telling me I have to learn to make my own crackers because I

love them, but there are so few fat-free ones on the market, and the

ones there are taste like cardboard. :-)

I wanted to thank you personally and publicly for the time you spend on

the FFV blog and recipe pages. So many of us have benefitted in

providing healthy and scrumptios meals for our families.

I think you may have the wrong Sue. We have lots of 'em here. :-) I

think we've got Sue in NJ, and Sue Hermosilla, and Susan Voisin (the one

who does the list and blog). Am I missing any Sues?
