I think you'll find many of the recipes to be gluten free. There are quite a few recipes that include pasta; it would be simple to adapt the recipe for your needs and to use a gluten free pasta. If you're thinking about purchasing the cookbook, maybe you could see if your public library has it so you could take a look at it before making the purchase. Guest guest Posted May 22, 2008 Report Share Posted May 22, 2008 You can download many of Dr McDougall's books, even the ones that are out of print, very cheaply on his web-site at www.drmcdougall.com I suggest this to all my patients, it is fast, easy and loaded with great stuff. I also suggest subscribing to Dr. McDougall's free monthly newsletter. It is loaded with great and important information and fantastic recipies. You can on his website.
