I'm having a burritto w/ tofu, potatoes, mushrooms and onions....and

a vegan peanut butter cookie YUM!

This isn't really exciting, but my daughter has just gotten home from

camp, so I made her favorite comfort foods: macaroni and " cheese, "

barbequed beans, and broccoli. Not exotic, but good!

Hey, it sounds tasty to me! I had my version of macaroni and " cheese "

for dinner last night.

We had mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, leeks, onions, red peppers and peas

with a tomato

sauce on.

By now you probably know, but I just want to say that Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream is GREAT!!!! One of the best substitutes ever!
