Guest guest
Wow. What a tough episode to watch. On multiple occassions I had to divert my eye contact with the tv screen. The abuse to animals was really rough to watch. AND AS WE KNOW ROUGHER TO EXPERIENCE FOR THESE ANIMALS. To see the calf rescue (veal farmer) and realize he lived in a 2x4' crated pen his entire life and watch him take his first steps after being rescued, just brought me to tears. Then to see the in the animal shelter, happy as could be come out of his cage, only to be taken to a back room behind a curtain and euthanized right there on the spot. Horrific animal experimentations, in some cases on living animals. Just terrible. I was so proud to be vegan and an animal activist. It was just so emotional. I think we should thank Morgan Spurlock for doing this documentary. Guest guest
Yesterday, I blogged about this upcoming episode. I expected to find comments like yours there this morning, but instead... http://www.zenpawn.com/vegblog/2008/06/16/30-days-vegan-morgan-spurlock-rocks Back when he did his Supersize Me documentary, after it was all said and done--his health having been compromised significantly-- his vegan girlfriend probably saved his life with a vegan cleanse. -Erin http://www.zenpawn.com/vegblog - euromixer Tuesday, June 17, 2008 11:05 PM 30 Days episode Wow.
