Guest guest Posted July 18, 2008 Report Share Posted July 18, 2008 SOURCE: www.veg4health.com Fried Rice with Carrots and Peas Ingredients 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 bunch of scallions, diced ½ tspn ground fresh ginger 2 carrots, peeled and diced 3 cups cooked brown rice 1 cup frozen peas, thawed Soy sauce to taste Preparation Water sauté garlic, scallions, ginger and carrots in a large non-stick wok, until tender.
