Guest guest
I've been doing Weight Watchers for a long time. In the past and just recently I was stuck at a weight I didn't like. Each time I've lowered the recommended points by two and then allowed myself to eat as many of the free/ 0 point foods as I want to carry me through when I'm hungry. It's worked each time I've done it. The free food that works best for me is making a tomato based soup filled with veggies. Hope this helps. -Ruth > > HA! Iam in a weight rut I do the Weight Watchers Flex plan and eat 30-points due to still breastfeeding my 2yr old son. And I cant seem to lose any more weight??? Any other members that do the same??? Guest guest
> What does IM mean???????????? IM means Instant Message, like AOL's AIM program. I think has its own program, too. It only works if you know the other person's IM user name and you're both using the same program. You'd be better off just sending her an email if you're unfamiliar with instant messaging. Guest guest
Last time I looked, suggesting someone or something is charming is not snide... Last time I looked, suggesting that someone is stuck sixty years in the past is not kind, no matter whether one calls it charming, adorable, or what-have-you. Look up " back handed compliment " for further details. > Maybe you should drop the attitude as you read... Maybe you should drop the disrespect as you write? Whatever. It's not worth fighting over. You'll just have to agree to disagree on this one. Sparrow
Guest guest
This is unusual. Usually only those trying to give helpful advice get attacked on this list. I think this is a good time for me to take a little break.
