Guest guest
Hi, all! My cholesterol and blood sugar are both a little elevated and although I'm doing well losing weight, I'm in desperate, really desperate, need of some low or no fat, low glycemic snacks. Any suggestions are most gratefully appreciated! Shen
Guest guest
That's easy. I just made up a couple of baggies full of snacks for myself. They are raw broccoli pieces! Just wash a bunch of broccoli, dry it well, and cut into bite-size pieces and store in baggies. It's healthy, satisfying, and fills up space inside your tummy. Raw carrots, green peppers, sweet potatoes and other veggies are great snacks too.--- On Tue, 8/26/08, shenlvst2 <shenoa wrote: shenlvst2 <shenoa Low or No Fat, Low-Glycemic Snacks Date: Tuesday, August 26, 2008, 5:46 PM Hi, all!My cholesterol and blood sugar are both a little elevated and although I'm doing well losing weight, I'm in desperate, really desperate, need of some low or no fat, low glycemic snacks.Any suggestions are most gratefully appreciated!Shen

Guest guest
Hello, I have used Esselstyn's book for making hummus and other snacks. I have found them to be rather easy to make and delicious. I, too, am trying to lower cholesterol and blood sugar.
