Guest guest Posted August 27, 2008 Report Share Posted August 27, 2008 Pan-Roasted Potatoes and Onions: Okay the recipe now made healthy by Shayla adapted from the original recipe:Jeffrey from Lyndhurst, NJ Jeffrey from Lyndhurst, NJ "Now it is really Healthy Good Food that tastes good" Ingredients: Vidalia Onions thinly sliced celeryRed Bliss Potatoes Water or vegetable broth Garlic Paprika Citrus PepperBread, 1 slice toasted. made into bread crumbs.Cooking Instructions: Sauté onions and celery in water or vegetable broth for a few minutes, then add garlic and saute till tender. Add paprika & citrus pepper. Cut potatoes into various shapes. When onions are translucent, add potatoes. Stir until onions are caramelized and potatoes are seared on the outside and soft in the middle.Serving / Presentation: Spoon into serving dish and lightly sprinkle with toasted bread crumbs. Enjoy.
