Guest guest
I don't use vitamins to get calcium.... there are tons of other means.... Check out this website for sources of calcium for vegitarians. http://www.vrg.org/nutrition/calcium.htm Timothy "The brick walls are there for a reason. Guest guest
Sesame seeds! Lots of them! Very high in calcium. And, I seem to remember an article in Vegetarian Times that listed the highest sources of calcium in veg food.Shen

Thanks. > i eat almonds, (not fat free of course, but good source of calcium) & lots of dark leafy greens. nettle tea is also good for calcium, and tastes really good. i have a woman's tea blend from the bulk bin at the hfs that mixes nettle with a few other things. i take a food based calcium mag supplement from rainbow light (it has a few other things in it too) recommended by my chiro, as even with a good diet i found i needed more. everyone is different, and getting it from food *is* better:) sanQ
