Bryan,I went and downloaded you video . Nice job. You are doing a great job helping to change the focus to better health. However, your recipes are definitely not Fatfree! Nuts and avocados are fine when eaten in a balanced way.

Oil, is not: it is high calorie, high fat and arterie cloging. Definately a negative food to put into your diet on a regular basis. As a spokesperson for health, I choose not share recipes that use quantities of refined oil.

Have you ever read any of the works from Dr. Esselstyn? If not, I highly suggest that you get his book, " How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease " . After I read it, I could never in good conscious share recipes that use large quantities refined oil that contribute to heart disease!

Just because the recipes are raw food doesn't negate the effects of that much oil in your diet. :-) I urge you to step up to health and share heart healthy recipes, that will save lives and promote excellent health. Up to the challenge? :-)
