Hello everyone, I want to let you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I wish you all a blessed New Year. I am on holiday in guyana, and will return the 16t January Lord willing to St. Kitts. I would like to thank each of you for being a great help and blessing to me. I know we do not deal with oils, etc., here, but what I would like to ask you all is if anyone has any knowledge about the organic coconut oil that I heard a doctor say the oil can be used in cooking and baking because it does not change when taken into our systems, and become toxic like other oils. Also I would like to ask if ground coconut is good to cook with, as I understand that has cholesterol, and is not good especially for people suffering with heart

disease. God will reward you for being such a blessing to others. Since joining this group, I have learnt much, and also you have become my very good friends. I have a computer problem, which either does not allow me use of the computer, sometimes, and if it comes on, would suddenly stop working. I had it checked, and it needs a new part in the system unit. God bless. Your friend, Abigail
