Guest guest
hello all. first, in response to julie's post: wow! from junk food to vegan, that is a huge change! my advise is to make gradual changes and stick with it. your tastes will adjust so that you will crave healthy foods. on a personal note, my name is Sarah, i'm 27 and mother of two. i own an online bakery: www.oneloveforall.etsy.com that is health-oriented baked goods. i love to help others be healthy and happy, so i accomodate all needs and diets. lately i've been under a lot of stress and showing signs of diabetes. i've found that consuming a lot of protein helps, but lately i've been having trouble again. maybe i can find some good recipes here that are nutritious and high in protein. normally i don't crave protein foods at all, but i need to start adding something to my diet because my wieght and energy are dropping. i'm looking forward to meeting everyone....Happy New Year!!! God bless, Sarah
Guest guest
Hello there, I have type 2 plus injection, have been told that going vegan you will find changes in 3 months times I also have a lemon drink in the morning, help me go, ( Loo) since going vegan, I have not used my hearing aids for at least 3 weeks, have no runny nose, feel a lot better, Dear Carolyn, Many people feel better after switching to a strict plant-based diet. Common benefits include improved regularity, energy levels, and general stability. Many people feel alleviation of symptoms such as headaches, joint aches, and skin conditions. Also, avoiding dairy products may alleviate sinus pressure/allergic responses for some people. This might be one of the reasons your headaches are improved. I’m pleased to hear about your improvements, and I hope there are more to come! Best regards, Katie estrellas.seven Thursday, January 01, 2009 1:16 PM old vegan, new member hello all. first, in response to julie's post: wow! from junk food tovegan, that is a huge change! my advise is to make gradual changes andstick with it. your tastes will adjust so that you will crave healthyfoods. on a personal note, my name is Sarah, i'm 27 and mother of two. i ownan online bakery: www.oneloveforall.etsy.com that is health-orientedbaked goods. i love to help others be healthy and happy, so iaccomodate all needs and diets. lately i've been under a lot of stress and showing signs of diabetes.i've found that consuming a lot of protein helps, but lately i've beenhaving trouble again. maybe i can find some good recipes here that arenutritious and high in protein. normally i don't crave protein foodsat all, but i need to start adding something to my diet because mywieght and energy are dropping.i'm looking forward to meeting everyone....Happy New Year!!!God bless,Sarah
Guest guest
i need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis, but no insurance so i'm shooting into the breeze. its hard to say what is stress and what's not. i had my gallbladder taken out recently too. do you know of any good websites to research diabetes, like the different types? i know when my diet is good, totally vegan as well, i feel an instant difference. any amount of grease or animal drags me down. , " Carolyn " <storm20 wrote: > > Hello there, > > I have type 2 plus injection, have been told that going vegan you will find changes in 3 months times > I also have a lemon drink in the morning, help me go, ( Loo) > > since going vegan, I have not used my hearing aids for at least 3 weeks, have no runny nose, feel a lot better, > > Dear Carolyn, > > > > Many people feel better after switching to a strict plant-based diet.
