Guest guest Posted January 2, 2009 Report Share Posted January 2, 2009 http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2006/08/eggplant-paprikash.html Here is a link to Susan’s blog where she lists a recipe for “Tofu Sour Cream” but if you are being technical it isn’t completely 100% fat free either which doesn’t bother me because by the time you divide the very small amount of fat between all the servings the amount of fat you are consuming is hardly worth counting…but it might matter to some people for health or diet concerns.
