vegan baking

I actually received some great cookbooks for Christmas this year and the one I

REALLY like the most is " Vegan with a Vengence " but my next favorite is " Vegan

Express " which is 30 minute or less recipes. I think the " Vegan with a

Vengence " has the best baking recipes.

i'm experimenting with vegan baking. i'm learning gluten-free while

i'm at it, since i get a lot of requests in my store for gluten free

items. does anyone know a good source for baking recipes? i found a

vegan recipe on this site: www.wonderhowto. com

Hi Estrella

My favorite baking cookbook is "The Joy of Vegan Baking" by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau. She has some notes on fat-free substitutions, usually applesauce. I have adapted some recipes using tips from here, again - usually with applesauce instead of oil.

I think she also had a short DVD, I got it from the library - no techno music, all recipe!
