She said it was " Really REALLY good. My husband LOVED it with the mushroom gravy. It's defiantly going into the 'remake' category. Guest guest
I love to create various loaf combo's with the Vegan Lunch Box's Loaf Studio. Just follow the instructions to choose one (or if possible, more items) per box, click "submit" at the bottom of the page and a new window opens with your newly created recipe. It's fun and we've enjoyed all the recipes I've created from there. Guest guest
Ooh that does look interesting Susan, I’ll have to give it a try ... Thanks for sharing that link. I don’t generally use a lot of meat substitutes, but in an effort to get my omni hubby to eat more of my vegan cooking, I’ve been using it a bit more. Tonight I made your tofu jambalaya and he didn’t even flinch — I was waiting for him to go ‘what’s this stuff’ or pick out the tofu — but he didn’t! He ate it all, every last bite. How cool is that!? When I first went vegan I could never imagine him willingly eating tofu. But I’ve made heaps of recipes from your site that he’s really enjoyed. So thanks for all the great recipes!
