Guest guest
I have mentioned my daughter will all the allergic kids before. They can't eat any gluten, and two of them can't eat rice. One is allergic to milk, one is allergic to soy milk and two that are allergic to rice are also alergic to rice milk. My daughter is trying to make her own coconut milk. All of the kids love it and it is easy to use, but very expensive to buy. She wants to be able to make things like ice cream with it for an occasional desert that everyone can have. If any of you know how to make coconut milk other than to crack the coconut and pour out the milk, I would be grateful, as will my daughter and grandchildren. Guest guest
I don't know if it is in a can or a carton like soy milk. She is buying it somewhere, though.
