Guest guest
>I tried my oatmeal / black-eyed pea leftovers from last night in yellow peppers for a delicious turn on stuffed peppers. I just added a bit of tomato sauce and a few sliced olives (very few) per 1/2 pepper shell. Sprinkled with bread crumbs. Delicious. That DOES sound delicious. I'm going to have to try it too. First I have to get some black-eyed peas. Martha
