I often to go www.allrecipes.com and type in ingredients that I have and then

it gives me recipes using those. Hope this might help or inspire you with an

idea. Here is what it came up with when I typed in tomato juice and rice.

on top.LOL

My Quorn was gone in a flash so I had none leftover.

i had leftover baked buckwheat and lentil loaf and dressing, and i had some

cabbage that i needed to use up, so i made some cabbage rolls, tossed everything

in to a bowl with some extra shredded carrots, celery and onion, rolled small

portions in cabbage and baked with some tomato sauce, turned out surprisingly

good

Anyone do something creative or unusual with leftovers?  I need to get every

ounce of helpful hints ready, because Christmas is right around the corner! :)

>I tried my oatmeal / black-eyed pea leftovers from last night in yellow

peppers for a delicious turn on stuffed peppers. I just added a bit of

tomato sauce and a few sliced olives (very few) per 1/2 pepper shell.

Sprinkled with bread crumbs. Delicious. That DOES sound delicious. I'm going to have to try it too. First I have to get some black-eyed peas. Martha
