I was looking for a good recipe for a smoothie with greens in it (anyway to cram in more veggies )) and I found this website: http://www.greensmoothiechallenge.com/ If you sign up for the " challenge " they send emails and stuff but even if you don't there are a few smoothie recipes available on the site which include things like spinach and lettuces. It is kind of neat actually that they are encouraging healthy eating for no apparent commercial gain... I just thought I would share.
