Guest guest
Was thinking about this as I'm going to be planting all three this week.... my favorite " recipe " for these asian greens is to saute them in a wok with garlic, chopped ginger, little tamari, little white wine or sake. Sometimes add some dried chili pepper flakes. Absolutely delicious! I've " red " and " green " pac choi to plant, as well as " shungiku " which is an edible chrysanthemum I've grown in the past when working at an organic farm, and michihili (chinese cabbage). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garland_chrysanthemum FYI, Mark http://www.soulveggie.com
Guest guest
This is basically what I did with my first batch of pac/bok choi. I used a little mirin and some toasted seasame seeds. It was heavenly. I just put the tatsoi in with my salad greens. I can't wait until Wednesday when I get some more! Thanks!
