Guest guest
Susan, I can't wait to make your samosa wraps for dinner! They look divine. I can't have the wraps due to gluten, but I think it'll make a yummy surprise for my hubby who can eat gluten. I'll just enjoy the filling which was always my fave part of a samosa anyway Janel
Guest guest
Hi Janel--I hope you and your husband enjoy the samosas. I think the filling would be good alone or over a grain. Or, if you can have corn, a corn tortilla might work. KathyT: Here's a link to the recipe: http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2009/06/es-samosa-wraps.html It was posted to my blog, rather than here--I'm sorry you had to go looking for it! Guest guest
Use Romaine Lettuce leaves for your wrap! This works awesome, is low fat and way yummy. A quick favorite lunch/snack is to take a banana and wrap in the lettuce leaf. We call ita hug bug sandwich. Sometimes we put peanut butter on it as well.
