Cool and add some fresh squeezed lemon juice and sweetner to taste. Just an idea. I make ginger lemonade all the time with fresh ginger. Yum! Please can you let me have your number 1 tried and tested veggie recipe? Then add the garlic for a few minutes. Add all other ingredients (minus the cayenne if you don't like it too hot - like me) and bring to a simmer. Serve and Enjoy!
