I just checked out the web site. They have

a special offer for a sampler pack. I’ve ordered it to see what they are

My biggest advice to everyone regarding weight loss..

is more fiber! lots more. I eat gnu bars- from http://gnufoods. com they have 12 grams of

fiber. I eat 1 to 3 a day depending on how busy I am (meaning- did I get a

chance to sit down and eat- let's face it us mama's can get busy). They are low

calorie 140 calories, 4 grams of fat, 12 grams of fiber. calories and fat

depend on flavor, fiber is always the same.

You are welcome Judy. I have samples coming as well. I will be reviewing them for my blog- so I will share with you my findings. I have found that if you want to have 2 a day- it is best to order 2 30 bar joy of fiber clubs from the website than to buy the cases at Whole Foods- I bought the cases thinking it would be better- because of shipping. I bought 3 cases- each has 16 bars- that is 48 bars. I could have got 60 bars for the same price with shipping. Won't do that again.

I am more regular than I have been since going vegan!

Well, I’ve tried the samples and

loved them! They taste great, the texture is fun, and I love the packed

fiber idea. I like them enough that I used the 20% coupon they sent to

order a supply of them. They’ll be great for those mini-meals on

the run or for snacks.

Judy and Debra,

Thanks for highlighting these and your review. I've put in an order for the sample pack (picking 5 of 7 flavors, which wasn't easy) and also larger samples of those I'm guessing other folks will want to try.

 

I travel a lot at times, often driving and under time constraints, so getting something reasonably healthy is not always easy. These may well help.

Check the GNU website for a store local to you. I just did and found a vitamin

store very close that carries them cheaper then ordering them on-line.
