I eat gnu bars- from http://gnufoods. com they have 12 grams of fiber. I eat 1 to 3 a day depending on how busy I am (meaning- did I get a chance to sit down and eat- let's face it us mama's can get busy). I have found that if you want to have 2 a day- it is best to order 2 30 bar joy of fiber clubs from the website than to buy the cases at Whole Foods- I bought the cases thinking it would be better- because of shipping. I bought 3 cases- each has 16 bars- that is 48 bars. I could have got 60 bars for the same price with shipping. Won't do that again. I am more regular than I have been since going vegan! I like them enough that I used the 20% coupon they sent to order a supply of them. They’ll be great for those mini-meals on the run or for snacks. I've put in an order for the sample pack (picking 5 of 7 flavors, which wasn't easy) and also larger samples of those I'm guessing other folks will want to try. I travel a lot at times, often driving and under time constraints, so getting something reasonably healthy is not always easy.
