There are 4 and I like all of them. I can't tell the difference between

them.

Funny all our tastes are different. Last time at my whole foods they were all

out of theoriginal flavor, so got the grapeseed oil. I don't like that asmuch as

the original, but it is still good. there is another flavor of veganaise also, I

haven't tried it yet, forget what it is.

I could live on it. It's better than any mayo I've ever tried.

I just love veganaise! I don't eat it because it has no cholesterol and half the

fat of mayo, I eat it because it is delicious!

Donna, this looks like a terrific recipe and my style too, simple and

quick! Thanks so much for sharing! FYI, if anyone has a Trader Joe's

nearby, they offer a fabulous vegan mayo. It's really delish! We

have a Potomac Adventist Health Food store within walking distance of

my house that sells the TVP in bulk for really cheap too. ~Steph

You're so right about that. I bought it and was pretty hesitant. Once I

finally tried it, I was hooked. It has so much flavor and taste, not to

mention the unwanted stuff that " real " mayonnaise has in it.

Vegenaise is essentially pure oil, and at 12 grams of fat per tablespoon, bad

juju. Oil is not a real food anyway.

You might what to consider making this instead:

...also, significantly cheaper!

Mark -- do you know how I could make this without tofu? I'm highly allergic to anything soy... but I would really like to create some sort of homemade mayo... anybody have a good, low fat alternative??
