Guest guest
I could live on it. It's better than any mayo I've ever tried. I don't eat it because it has no cholesterol and half the fat of mayo, I eat it because it is delicious! hugs, Chanda - Steph Goddard Sunday, July 06, 2008 8:03 PM Re: Mock Chik Salad Steph here you go, you can cut recipe in half too Donna, this looks like a terrific recipe and my style too, simple and quick! Thanks so much for sharing! FYI, if anyone has a Trader Joe's nearby, they offer a fabulous vegan mayo. It's really delish! Guest guest
You're so right about that. I bought it and was pretty hesitant. Once I finally tried it, I was hooked. It has so much flavor and taste, not to mention the unwanted stuff that " real " mayonnaise has in it. -Gypsy Re: Vegenaise Posted by: " thelilacflower " thelilacflower <http://profiles./thelilacflower> thelilacflower Sun Jul 6, 2008 7:51 pm (PDT) I could live on it. Haven't tried it but you might want to try using navy beans or any white bean. I use it in place of tofu in many recipes to lower the fat. I'd add a pinch of xanthan gum also to give it more creaminess. Let us know if it works. Martha
