Guest guest
Hi all, I recently sent in my Black Bean Chili and Vegetable Combo recipes. Being new to cooking, I’m kinda proud of these. I just thought I should let you know how they came about. I found a couple of recipes and altered the ingredients to match what I had on hand. I test cooked them then retried using the microwave instead of stove/oven. Finally I cleaned up the recipes and sent them out. So, it’s okay to pass them on if you want. Guest guest
I really like how they are set up to use the microwave. I only ever use mine for reheating things or occasionally cooking frozen veg so I wouldn't have a clue how to actually cook a meal with it. These recipes look tasty and fast and they don't seem to use too many ingredients either so hopefully they won't cost a lot to make. I'm definitely going to try both of them, thanks Judy Opalline On Behalf Of Judy Goldsmith08 October 2009 16:43 Subject: Recent recipes Hi all, I recently sent in my Black Bean Chili and Vegetable Combo recipes. Guest guest
To Judy: Thanks for posting the delicious-looking recipes and how you came up with them.To John & Barbara: I have a oatmeal cookie crust that is good for dessert pies. It's here: http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2006/12/calamondin-or-lemon-pie-with-oatmeal.html I wish I had a fat-free savory pie crust but haven't been able to pull that off yet.
