Guest guest
My most recent creation is my alternative chocolate shake. I use half and half on the nondairy milk to be able to stretch the chocolate. It’s still plenty chocolaty. J ½ c chocolate soy milk ½ c plain soy milk 2 T wheat germ 2 c fresh spinach (opt) 1 frozen banana A few ice cubes I also like this one. ½ c OJ ½ c soy milk 2 T wheat germ 2 c fresh spinach (opt) 1 frozen banana ½ c frozen strawberries I created this smoothie with a great kiwi blend. ½ kiwi peeled and chopped ½ pear sliced 1 frozen banana ½ cup baby spinach leaves packed (opt) ½ cup soy, almond, or rice milk " I just got out of the hospital. I was in a speed-reading accident. I hit a bookmark. " Steven Wright, american comic

Guest guest
I was out of spinach, but I had this this morning with my oatmeal and it was great!! (I didn't feel too guilty since it was only half choc soy milk....) I will remember this when I want a great chocolate shake.
