Guest guest
Since it is a) an approved food, and b) easy to prepare, I spend much of my working day snacking on popcorn. Since all brands of microwave popcorn are sure to have oil, salt and probably some pseudo-butter, I just put unpopped kernels into a brown paper bag and place that in the microwave oven here. It satisfies cravings, but it's not the tastiest food in the world. Are there any McDougall-friendly ways of making popcorn more tastebud-friendly? Guest guest
I spritz it lightly with Bragg Liquid Aminos and sprinkle on a bit of nutritional yeast and/or garlic powder. The liquid aminos aren't sodium free, though. The yeast and/or garlic would be good on it by themselves, but I find they don't " stick " well on their own and end up in the bottom of the bowl.
