Hey... has anyone tried this?http://www.ecollo.com/?tag=/alicia+silverstone I believe it is also in her new cookbook and it looks simple enough to make fat free....I am considering making a small one, we couldn't finish a 6-pounder in my family....

in time for the holidays here is a list of the liquor, wine and beer that is most probably not clarified with animal bone char or isinglass (fish bladder) thereby making it vegan friendly as per web site located at www.barnivore.com.they give, as to do I, the same weasel clause: 'each company spokesman stated this but their formulas could change at any time so to be sure call the company to confirm or pay big bucks to have each item tested for particulates...................'Patricia Squyres
