It doesn't look like it to me, with 7 gm of fat per serving.  I'm wondering why we are discussing it here.

Exactly - OK lets talk about something else!!!!Does anyone have a recipe for quinoa = either red or white = or brown rice / wild rice that will star for me at Thanksgiving? maybe with fruit and nuts? It can't be too exotic or no one will eat it but me.thanks Patricia Squyres
