Can anyone suggest a good Fat Free Vegan Cookbook that I can buy to use as a type of "encyclopedia" in my kitchen. I need a book that is simple, easy to read with lots of pictures.:) Thanks for any suggestions you may have!Stephanie

I LOVE Dr. McDougall's "Quick and Easy" cookbook. Lots of fast, easy, family friendly recipes. It's my most used cookbook.Marilyn

I do, too, but it's nowhere near fat-free. For that, I much prefer

Bryanna Clark Grogan's books, including ones with odd titles like

" Soyfoods Cooking for a Positive Menopause " .
