Guest guest Posted February 21, 2010 Report Share Posted February 21, 2010 Hi all, I just got the book called Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease, by Dr. Esselstyn from Paperbackswap.com. I noticed that two of the recipes in it that I would like to make do not have complete directions in it. If anyone has a copy of this book that has complete directions I would love it if they would send me the directions that I am missing. The first part I'm missing is the Split Pea Soup recipe on page 198 of the hard cover version, paragraph 2 of the directions is missing, where it tells what to do with the potatoes. Also, on page 282, the grape nuts piecrust recipe, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the directions are missing. Thanks for any help you can give me.
