I made this for dinner tonite. I really liked it.Sarah in CA * Exported from MasterCook * Potato Cauliflower SoupRecipe By :Mary McDougallServing Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:40Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method-------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 large onions -- chopped 5 cups potatoes -- peeled and chopped 1 head cauliflower -- chopped 8 cups water 2 teaspoons dried dill 2 bay leaves 2 tablespoons soy sauce freshly ground black pepper -- to taste chopped fresh parsley -- for garnishPlace the onions, cauliflower and potatoes in a large pot with the water. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, add the dill, cover, and cook overmedium heat until the potato and cauliflower are tender, about 30 minutes.Remove from the heat and puree in batches in a blender or food processor. Return to the soup pot. Add the bay leaves, soy sauce, and pepper. Cookover low heat for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
