Guest guest
Martha's tofu quiche is good. On another tack, have you tried a home-made veggie pizza on a WW pita bread crust? Nice. Guest guest
Cher, I have three quiche recipes that are very popular:http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2006/12/mini-crustless-tofu-quiches.htmlhttp://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2008/03/asparagus-and-mushroom-quiche-with.html http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2009/06/savory-swiss-chard-pie.htmlYou can vary them with any vegetables you like. I usually make them crustless to cut down on fat and refined grains. Guest guest
Unfortunately, those recipes rely on tofu, so there's no good substitute. I've seen omelet recipes that use chickpea flour, so it might be possible to make a quiche out of it, but I've never tried.
