Hi everyone. Curious for your experience with Five Spice Powder. I have the FIRE

AND SPICE VEGAN COOKBOOK and there is a nice recipe for spicy seitan using Five

Spice Powder. I did purchase some at Whole Foods. But what the heck else do you

use it for? I have not tasted it yet. I thought it would be very spicy but there

is cinnamon in it and some other spices incl fennel, cloves, star anise and

white pepper. Have no idea how it will taste and am not so good at knowing what

to combine spices with sometimes.

Ideas?

Thanks

Tom
