Hi! I have some pancake mix I would like to use, but I need some help. I have

egg replacer for the eggs required, but I was wondering what might work for the

oil? Thank you!!

I actually just leave the egg and oil out and it seems to work just fine. I do

add extra almond milk until I get the batter to a consistency I like though.

Cheers,

Mary

Hi,

You can also substitute flax seed, same quantity as the oil. It helps keep the moisture in like the oil does.
