I am making homemde almond butter (I just throw toasted almonds in the food processor and blend them) and I was wondering if it is ok to store it in the fridge or if I should freeze most of it . has anyone any suggestions?

I store mine in the fridge for 3-4 wks with no problems. It does get more stiff as time goes on but otherwise, it's fine.

what make and model of food processor are you using to make your nut butter? I

want to buy a food processor, but i want to be sure it has enough power to grind

it properly. Please let me know. thanks

and followed the recipe and pictures at:

NIce, i am going to have to try. I just didn't want to pay a ton for a food

processor because i don't know how much i would really use it. the black and

decker i am sure is more in my price range. Thank you so much. not to look for

online coupons.... :)
