I LOVE THIS!!! Stuart Brown describes Norbert Rosing's striking images of a wild polar bear coming upon tethered sled dogs in the wilds of Canada 's Hudson Bay:

The photographer was sure that he was going to see the end of his dogs when the polar bear wandered in, but

The Polar Bear returned every night that week to play with the dogs.

May you always have love to share, health to spare, and friends that care

Remarkable pics, Louis. I'd like to see more uplifting stuff posted to Green Vibrations. It doesn't have to be all doom and gloom. Yes I do too, the bear is amazing. I would love to know the story or history behind his gentleness, at first wondered if he knew the dogs from when he was young or something but in the first photo they were barking at him. He has such a gentle expression though...quite incredible.

Thanks for sending..its wonderful to see animals enjoying themselves !
