Guest guest
Whooo hooo! Funny, China concerned about the origin of the ingredients. The important thing is obviously the health of our beloved compaions. But IMO it doesn't matter who sues the most evil Proctor and Gamble, but that they win! Even China. China's fear of mad cow disease has landed Procter & Gamble Co.'s Iams pet food subsidiary in federal court. The owner of a Chinese trading firm and pet food distributor is suing Dayton-based Iams Co. in a contract dispute tied to China's 2004 ban on U.S.-sourced animal feed. Alex Smulders, who runs Iceville Limited and Iceville China Limited, claims his companies have lost more than $2.35 million since 2004 because of Iams' actions, including telling Iceville that pet food it supplied to Iceville conformed to Chinese registration requirements and that it could be legally sold in China. The maker of Iams and Eukanuba dog and cat foods began supplying Iceville from an Argentina plant following China's ban, but by February 2008 it admitted that certain products included U.S.-sourced ingredients and could not be sold legally in China, according to Smulders' lawsuit. http://pets.Fortheanimals7/join http://www.myspace.com/fortheanimals7
