Tesco claims not evident

Tesco claim that they ensure that the turtles have their head decapitated and head crushed to destroy the brain.

Here is a pre-packed dead turtle

inspected by the CWI at a Tesco store in China .........

 

 

The head was seen to be clearly intact,

so how did it die ?

 

 

There were cuts seen under the shell through the packaging.
