Mix about 2 tsp. honey with 1/2 tsp. ginger powder and 1/2 tsp. black pepper. Spread on toast. It should dry up the sinuses. GB OT: Gas question - Allergies now Really? When I was on claritin a few years ago, I was zonking out so much that I begged my doctor to take me off of it. Pour boiling water over, (about 1 to 2 cups) and steep overnight, add the juice of lemon (and lime if you'd like) in the morning and down it...
