April

you might want to try this recipe for allergies.

Ginger Pepper Toast

Toast a slice of whole grain bread. spread ghee on top. Mix about 2 tsp.

honey with 1/2 tsp. ginger powder and 1/2 tsp. black pepper. Spread on toast.

It should dry up the sinuses.

Really? When I was on claritin a few years ago, I was zonking out so

much that I begged my doctor to take me off of it. Of course, it did

wonders for my allergies, though!

April,

You also may want to consider neem or nettle tea.

Hi April,

Here is another recipe for unclogging sinuses due to colds or allergies:

Grate 1 tbsp ginger, chop one clove of garlic, cayenne pepper-

as much as you can tolerate... Pour boiling water over, (about 1 to 2 cups)

and steep overnight, add the juice of lemon (and lime if you'd like) in the

morning and down it... You'll sweat like mad, but this increases the nasal

drainage.
