Guest guest
*grinning ear to ear* I wish my mom were alive to hear this! I've never been quoted before!! Actually, the credit goes to my Aunt Patt, if not the actual words, the thought behind it... but the " heroic " part was mine! -dawn , The Stewarts <stews9@c...> wrote: > May I quote this in my signature quolations? Guest guest
PT, i wanted to ask permission before posting.. I don't want to be considered a spammer or posting innapropriate content.. I have recently created a group to facilitate reasoned discussion and diatribe of political and philosophical issues without the standard flame wars/insults etc that come with people being incredibly courageous behind their monitors. The purpose of the group is to discuss issues important to the members of any type..but will of course include vegetarianism, animal rights and other things that I feel some of the members here might enjoy. It's not a 'left- wing' or 'right-wing' group; everyone with every belief system is welcome. My job- is not to get involved in the discussion but simply to moderate and ensure that discussions stay topical and civil. It's a small group of well thought out people but I wanted to give anyone the chance to join if they wanted to have a forum to test their ideas, ideals, and beliefs in. It won't be a current event group or recipe group, so it will have different content than here. Most of the people here are very civil and well thought out and I thought that if they were interested in the more political aspects of their lifestyle choices, they would be more than welcome to join. I won't post the link to the group without your permission, of course. Thank you, K
Guest guest
Thanks for asking and being so considerate. Yes, you may post it to the group and you might also want to include your link in your sig-lines when you make posts here, and also place the group link into our links section. It sounds like an interesting place... you have your work cut out for you being a moderator of that sort of group. But i know you will do a great job. ~ PT ~ In the case of good books, the point is not to see how many of them you can get through, but how many can get through to you. ~ Mortimer Adler ~~~*~~~*~~~> , " Mr.Graves " <sleepingtao wrote: > > PT, i wanted to ask permission before posting..
