Guest guest
One of the problems with written messages (emails or notes) is that you don't " hear " the tone of the message. It's so easy to misunderstand or take things harsher than they are intended. Written words can be so much harder to comprehend exactly what was meant than the same exact spoken words. Simply because the tone of voice is gentler than the written word. I know I take things harder when they are written than when they are spoken. Plus it's easy to think " hmmm what exactly does that mean. " On the other hand it is also easier to say harsher things when you're writing but I don't think that was intended in this case. Hopefully everyone is feeling better. Samantha
