Spicy Zucchini and Cabbage 2 Tbs. margarine 3 Tbs. vegetable oil a few drops sesame oil 6 cups shredded cabbage 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 3 medium zucchini, sliced [about 3 cups] 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp. salt black pepper, to taste 1 1/2 Tbs. tamari 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds In a large skillet or wok, saute the cabbage and onion in the margarine and vegetable oil until crisp tender; sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil. Add zucchini and crushed red pepper flakes; cover and simmer until zucchini are tender. Then, add salt, pepper and tamari, stirring to combine. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
